Should Octavian have declared war on Marc Antony and I?

Should Caesar have been killed?

About Me

My photo
Cleopatra the VII
Salve, my name is Cleopatra. I was born in 69 BC in Alexandria, Egypt into the Ptolemaic Dynasty, but I am Macedonian Greek by blood. I became pharaoh at the age of eighteen and co-ruled with my brother Ptolemy XIII in 51 BC. When Caesar came to Egypt he restored my position as the sole ruler, after I had been driven from my thrown. I had a child with Caesar, Caesarion, who was born in 47 BC. The following year I went to Rome and lived there. We were planning to get married until he was assassinated in 44 BC. I then fled from Rome back to Alexandria. I then married Marc Antony in 37 BC. I had three children with him. I am very proud to be a Roman.
